Gaia’ uses sensuality, movement and different lighting and colours to represent the Greek goddess of earth, in an attempt to call more attention to the present environmental issues.
Gaia to me represents an undefeated deity, one who will not be removed no matter the effort, much like how the covid lockdown led to the reemergence of wildlife and healing of the environment unlike ever before, it reminds the human race that the space we call home is simply borrowed not owned.
